The IPAR-Rwanda is the leading independent, not-for-profit research and policy analysis Think Tank in Rwanda. It became fully functional in 2008 with the support of the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) and International Development Research Centre (IDRC). The IPAR mission is to enhance evidence-based policy making through research and policy analysis to improve policy and impact change in Rwanda, We aim at becoming an independent internationally recognised Research, and Policy Analysis Centre that promotes a culture of dialogue and debate in Rwanda.

IPAR-Rwanda Holds Workshop to collect data for the Market Analysis of Economic Research in Rwanda Project

IPAR-Rwanda in collaboration with GIZ held a half-day workshop on Tuesday, 28 November, 2017 to collect data for the Market Analysis of Economic Research Project. The participants during the workshop held at Umubano Hotel included those who consume Economic Research and those who supply expertise in economic research such as independent consultants and researchers. The workshop aimed at engaging the participants to answer questions which shall aid the research. During the workshop, the participants provided input on the characteristics of their staff and organization, field of expertise, market assessment, Finance and project sourcing for economic research in Rwanda.
