As an Accountant, John is charged with the implementation of the financial and accounting system in accordance with the financial procedures manual. He handles the day-today financial matters of the Institute. Prior to joining IPAR, John worked with Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) as an Internal Auditor. An Accountant by profession, John is a member of ACCA and IIA . Bosco Kagaba is a Media, Public Relations and Communications professional with over ten years experience in Media, Corporate and Development Communications roles. He joined IPAR Rwanda in March 2014 as a part-time Media Relations Consultant. Since 2017, his services include part-time Public Relations and Communications consultancy to the Institute.
