Ntawukuriryayo Frederic is Public Relations and Communication Officer at Institute of Policy Analysis and Research, IPAR Rwanda. He is a communication expert with more than 15 years of working experience in communications, Public Relations and media. He served different institutions in similar role including Information, Education and Communication Specialist at the Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA), communication and media specialist at the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) and communication and public relations specialist for the Ministry of Disaster Management and Refugee Affairs (MIDIMAR). He also worked as a journalist for the leading media in Rwanda, namely ; the former ORINFOR (currently Rwanda Broadcasting Agency-RBA and the New Times.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication acquired from the former National University of Rwanda. Ntawukuriryayo has extensively boosted with specialized courses in completed at renown Universities in different fields such as Digital media and marketing strategies, Search Engine Optimization, Effective and persuasive communication, Leadership and emotional intelligence, Project management, Corporate social responsibility, Fundraising development, Humanitarian communication, Government Communication, audiovisual production, research and data analysis and several other on-the-job trainings.
