Dr. USENGUMUKIZA Félicien

Dr. USENGUMUKIZA Félicien is a member of the IPAR-Rwanda Board of Directors. He is the Head of Research and Monitoring Department at Rwanda Governance Board (RGB). He holds a PhD Degree in International Economics from University of Bayreuth (Germany). He also holds a Master’s Degree in Foreign Trade from University of Gdansk (Poland). He served at National University of Rwanda as a Senior Lecturer and Head of Department of Economics in the Faculty of Economics and Management.

Dr. Usengumukiza has published several studies related to Economic and Governance issues and Economic integration especially in the African Region. He is a member of the East African Think Tank Network and a Member of the Consultative Committee at the Gender Monitoring Office (GMO). He is also a permanent visiting Senior Lecturer at the University of Rwanda (UR), College of Business and Economics.
