EAC Customs Union Panel Discussion

EPRN (Economic Policy Research Network) is a joint partnership of IPAR,
World Bank, National Institute of Statistics, Ministry of Finance and Economic
Planning and the National University of Rwanda which aims to build a
community of economic policy practitioners in Rwanda. It brings together
researchers and analysts working in economic policy, poverty reduction and
related fields through collaborative trainings, research and public policy
debate. The EPRN is hosted by IPAR, which coordinates all the network’s
