The EPRN is governed by a steering group comprised of representatives from its founding members: IPAR, World Bank, National Institute of Statistics (NISR), Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN), National University of Butare and National Bank of Rwanda (BNR).Responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the EPRN falls to a permanent secretariat based in IPAR.
