Lillian Mutesi Ndirima is a Research fellow at the Institute of Policy Analysis and Research, IPAR Rwanda. She holds a MA in Development Studies (Women, Gender& Development) from Erasmus University, ISS Netherlands and a BA in Development Studies from Uganda Christian University, Mukono.
She has over five years working experience in conducting research (mainly qualitative) relevant to policy. She has participated in several research projects in the areas of education, gender, socio economic and governance.
She has co authored/published several research reports to mention a few of these;
