Mr. Evariste Gahima
Evariste Gahima joined the Institute of Policy Analysis, Rwanda in September 2018 as a Research Fellow having worked as a Lecturer at the University of Rwanda for 12 years. Gahima holds a BA (Hons) in Mass communication from National University of Rwanda, MRes in social and Educational Research Methods, from University of Rwanda, MBA (International Business) from Amity University, India and is a PhD student in Educational studies at the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He is interested in Research and development programs including Governance, education, environment, public Administration and leadership. He has published three Articles on the institutional management practices and learner participation in higher learning institutions, Institutional use of ICT and learner participation in Distance learning programmes and institutional tutorial support services for distance learners. He has also co-authored Research methods book for Business students and monograph for referencing techniques and plagiarism prevention.
