Dr. MUSABE Joyce

Dr. Musabe Joyce is a member of the IPAR-Rwanda Board of Directors. She is currently serving as the Deputy Director General at Rwanda Education Board (REB), in charge of the Curriculum and Pedagogical Materials Department. She was previously serving as Head of the Education Department in the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Rwanda where at the same time she was a member of Academic senate of Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA), a member of International Board of Education (IBE) and a member of Adventist Accrediting Association (AAA) in the Seventh day Adventist church. She has been a lecturer at the Adventist University of Central Africa, where she specialized in philosophy of Education, Learning and Teaching methods and Research Methods at undergraduate levels, and school administration at master’s level. She served in different board of directors as a member for several years such as Rwanda National Examinations Council, General Inspectorate of Education, and former Kigali Institute of Education. She is the Vice chair of the board of directors of the Kigali Independent University. She holds a Master’s of Arts in Education and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Adventist International Institute of Adventist Studies in the Philippines.
