Dr. UWIZEYE Odette

Chairperson

Dr. Uwizeye Odette is the Chairperson of the IPAR-Rwanda Board of Directors. She is currently the Academic Registrar at the University of Rwanda. She previously served as the Academic Registrar for the College of Education and College of Business and Economics. She holds a PhD in Business Administration, specializing in Strategic Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Project Management from Maastricht School of Management (MsM), and another MBA with specialisation in Banking from the same university. She has served as the Director of Academic Services at the former School of Finance (SFB) and Director of Cabinet in the Rector’s Office at the same University. She is a member of the Technical Committee on Quality Management and Quality Assurance at Rwanda Standards Board (RSB) and UR-CBE.
